Please ensure that your address is fully entered and correct in order to let us properly deliver it within the time frame we advertised. We do not take responsibility for incorrect information. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, you will be charged the return shipping fee PLUS the re-shipment fee if you still wish to receive your item. If you wish to forfeit your item, you will be refunded your order minus the shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that shipping time does not include the standard processing time which can usually take 6 to 48 hours depending on the item you ordered. The processing time depends on the item you order and your shipping address. It can take 7-16 days.

Shipping prices are based on the item you order and your location. If you order multiple items, the shipping price will be based on the largest item in your order. If you order multiples of the same item, shipping prices may be multiplied depending on the weight of your final package.
